Electrical and Electronics Engineers

 

BPP-TECH are seeking graduate electrical and/or electronics engineers to carry out power electrical engineering and instrumentation work on subsea equipment and surface vessels for the international offshore oil and gas industry. The positions can be based in any of BPP-TECH's offices in London, Aberdeen, Newcastle and Houston but will include some short-term site work assignments at worldwide locations. Successful candidates will be enrolled on BPP-TECH’s Managed Professional Development Scheme to achieve Chartered Engineer status.
 
The requirements of the role are:
 
  1. A minimum of a good first degree and an MSc in electrical or electronic engineering or a related discipline; 
  2. A desire to develop a career in power electrical engineering and instrumentation systems associated with the oil and gas, maritime, shipping or renewable energy industries; 
  3. Some site experience or the willingness to build up such experience; 
  4. Willing to travel for short assignments in UK, Europe and overseas.
