He works with asset owners, insurance and legal companies and specialised contractors on engineering design and procurement model testing work, technical feasibility studies as well as risk/safety assessments (QRAs). Further, David provides technical litigation support for in court, arbitration and mediation purposes.

Darren Patel is a professional mechanical engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design, analysis and failure investigation of cables and power systems. He undertakes technical advisory work across a range of engineering matters, supporting clients with investigation, analysis and reporting. His experience includes product development, qualification testing, life-extension assessments and forensic engineering.

Minoo is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. He is experienced in the design and installation of subsea power cables and turbine platforms for offshore wind farms. Recently Minoo has also been working on green Hydrogen production using the power of onshore and offshore wind farms.

Ian is a professional engineer in BPP Newcastle. Gaining his engineering qualifications after completing a trade apprenticeship, he has worked in manufacturing (including lean), quality assurance, and consulting engineering. His experience of general industry, including hybrid electronics, automotive, subsea and offshore energy brings valuable insights to clients’ challenges.

Jake is a subsea cable design engineer with extensive analytical and practical experience in the field. He also has expertise in in 3D modelling and FEA. He has led cable investigations and manufacturing projects in the offshore wind and clean technology sectors.

Darren is an experienced professional engineer specializing in manufacturing, energy, marine and insurance sectors. He manages engineering projects, focusing on risk mitigation and forensic investigation. Clients value his expertise in supply contract management and ensuring engineering quality at manufacturing sites.

Wayne is an IT Specialist and Data Scientist. He is widely experienced in various development toolkits and has built up knowledge and experience developing consumer and professional grade systems, including in the arduous offshore environment, designing software and hardware solutions, sensors, PLCs and SCADA systems.

Phil is a professional engineer applying his experience to the energy, marine and insurance sectors. An experienced project manager working for asset owners, insurance and legal companies, he also works as “Client Engineering Representative” ensuring on-time delivery of manufactured equipment and components. Phil is the BPP Group Health and Safety Manager.

Ed is responsible for various operational aspects of the company, including commercial contracts, optimising project workflows, managing resource allocation and ensuring quality control. His background is in Mathematics and Engineering. He handles day-to-day business functions, from project financials and client relations to streamlining internal processes and fostering team collaboration.

Boby is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and Finance Director at BPP Tech Group, with over 15 years' experience leading finance across high-growth and international businesses. He oversees financial strategy, reporting and controls across the group's various entities, combining technical depth with a practical, commercial approach to board-level decision-making.
