Manufacturing Support
Conducting supplier audits and advising on existing/new manufacturing processes and facilities in order to assess the suitability of material processing systems, manufacturing equipment and test facilities. Our services routinely provide advanced awareness of the likelihood and consequence of emerging and/or developing risks and how these can be mitigated against to ensure reliability in later stages of the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance & Control
Assisting clients with auditing of existing quality processes and independent development of new, robust quality assurance and control processes. This ensures that meaningful and achievable quality becomes an integral part of the manufacturing processes.
Inspection Services
Providing independent third party witnessing and inspection services for a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, plants and structures. This work also includes review and independent auditing of the suitability of Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Our work extends to routine inspection, witnessing and oversight of critical steps and hold points during manufacturing, adherence to approved procedures and Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT).
