    • Includes defining and managing equipment replacements.
    • Performing condition surveys for assets.
  • Manufacturing Quality & QA/QC Inspections
  • We provide robust support for improving manufacturing and supply chain processes, ensuring high integrity and reliability of industrial equipment.
    • Developing procurement specifications for specialist equipment and managing procurement via independent technical and commercial reviews.
    • Providing onsite manufacturing engineering support, including independent inspections and managing third-party inspections (FATs), and TPI representation.
    • Conducting supplier audits and management, assessing material processing, manufacturing equipment, and facilities.
    • Performing comprehensive QA/QC inspections, including independent manufacturing inspections, third-party witnessing of tests, and factory acceptances.
    • Reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQP), as well as reporting on audit observations and findings to stakeholders.
