Project Lifecycle Oversight
- We provide independent technical advice and oversight from concept to commissioning, ensuring project success through diligent review and monitoring.
- This includes reviewing contractor designs, supporting procurement (technical specs and bid evaluation), plus monitoring construction and commissioning.
- We also provide risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Manufacturing & Supply Chain Quality
- We independently assist client to ensure the highest quality is achieved in manufacturing and supply chain processes for renewable energy components, from specifications to final inspection, with particular expertise in power and telecoms cables for challenging environments.
- Develop procurement specifications for specialist machinery and power cables, including those for offshore energy and telecoms sectors.
- Manage procurement via independent technical and commercial reviews, including for offshore wind farm cables.
- Provide onsite manufacturing engineering support, including independent inspections, and TPI representation
- Conduct supplier audits and management, assessing material processing, manufacturing equipment, and facilities.
- Perform comprehensive QA/QC inspections, including independent manufacturing inspections, third-party witnessing of routine tests, factory acceptance testing, and cable loadout. Our expertise also covers electrical cable and network design for high-temperature, hazardous, and subsea applications, installation engineering, on-site cable services, route planning analysis, and specialised submarine telecoms cable engineering, including installation analysis and troubleshooting.
